THE NEW YORK RAILROAD ENTHUSIASTS BULLETIN VOLUME 31, NUMBER 9 -- Oct. 2009

The October 2009 Memberhip Meeting will be held on Friday, October 23, 2009 at 7:30 PM, at Masonic Hall, 71 West 23rd Street, New York, NY. The slide-show program, entitled "Journey to the West -- 1965", will be presented by Vice Presiden Allan H. Roberts and features various western U. S. Railroads prior to Amtrak and the numerous mergers. 2009 Annual Meeting (and Elections) Friday, October 23, 2009 at 7:30 PM at Masonic Hall and prior to our monthly Membership Meeting, elections will take place for the next year. Nominations may be made from the floor.

Williamson Library Open House -- October 30, 2009 Meet at the entrance to Track 23 on the Upper Level of Grand Central Terminal at 7:00 PM (Track 23 is next to the elevators). Join your fellow NYRRE members for an evening of socializing, visiting the latest improvements/additions to the library and appropriate entertainment. 	December 2009 - Friday, Dec. 18 - 7:30 PM - Williamson Library      (Open House - Meet at Track 23 at 7:00 PM. We will also be      having our annual HOLIDAY SEASON PARTY at this meeint.
