This is the airport station on the "A" line to Union Station which takes about 35 minutes. The vending machines issue a receipt. Without the receipt, the police can issue a ticket for fare evasion. (Every train has an officer, unlike the New York bus system.)

The machine wasn't designed for tourists so I bought the wrong ticket but wasn't issued a ticket because I tried to do the "right thing."
